I attended grade school in Howard, SD.  Then we moved to Salem where I attended middle school and high school.  After graduating from Dakota State College, I accepted a teaching job in Winnebago, NE and was there for 5 years.  I came to Canton in 1986 and have been teaching here ever since.    

    I live in Sioux Falls with my husband and two daughters.  Dave teaches 6th grade science and computer at West Central.  Laura is a junior at St. Cloud State University and Kayla is a senior at Washington High School in Sioux Falls.
